Refund policy

At SmartLiv, we carefully check every product before dispatch. However, if something goes wrong, here's how we make it right:

✅ Eligible for Replacement
- Product arrived damaged or broken
- Product arrived defective or not working
- Wrong product/variant delivered

How to Request a Replacement
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@smartliv.store or via WhatsApp.
2. Share your order number and a photo/video of the issue.
3. Our team will review and confirm your replacement within 24-48 hours.
4. A new product will be shipped to you at no extra cost once approved.

❌ Not Eligible for Return/Refund
- Change of mind after purchase
- Product used or installed improperly
- Issues not reported within 7 days of delivery

Refunds
Since we currently offer replacements (not refunds) for damaged/defective items, refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
