Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. You'll be notified and refunded if an order is cancelled.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We currently accept prepaid payments via UPI, Cards, and Wallets, processed securely through Razorpay.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping across India. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and typically delivered within 5–15 working days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

Replacements

We offer a 7-day replacement for damaged or defective items only. Please refer to our Replacement Policy for full details.

Product Information

We make every effort to display product details, images, and specifications accurately. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to display settings.

Limitation of Liability

SmartLiv shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
